What Data We Store
When you create an account on live2cook, we store the following information:
- Your name and email address (from your sign-in provider)
- Your profile picture URL
- Recipes, ingredients, and steps you have created
- Images you have uploaded
- Your account creation date and last sign-in time
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so:
- Send an email to hello@live2cook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your live2cook account
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days
What Happens When You Delete Your Data
Upon deletion of your account:
- Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed
- All recipes you created will be deleted
- All images you uploaded will be removed from our storage
- Your sign-in sessions will be invalidated immediately
Note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Facebook-Specific Deletion
If you signed in to live2cook using Facebook, you can also revoke our access directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook account settings
- Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find live2cook and click Remove
Revoking access through Facebook removes our ability to use your Facebook credentials, but does not delete your live2cook account or data. To delete your data, please follow the email process above.
